Yours looks awful similar to what I extracted from my old '85 Tempo... only I made a wood box with space under it to jam a bunch of speaker wire in a thought to use it remotely... it's neat in that I mounted it on two hard drive magnets with some denim holding that to the wood but it's a pain to push the wire back in... I imagine I did that 20 years ago...

I know my picture isn't great, but it's night in the winter outside... and I know my grey seats don't match my blue interior, I have some new to me seats to fix that at some point...

Saw this at the Post Office today. I could tell it had a 2.9, by the cloud of white smoke that came out the tailpipe when he started it up.
