The mechanic shop across the side street from me has a 73-79 Ford tow truck, and a 92-96 tow truck. The 73-79 is just used around the yard, the 92-96 is used as their road tow truck. If I can get permission, and maybe get them to pull the 73-79 out of the line it's parked in, I'll grab some pictures of it.

OK, maybe it's not anything particularly special, like the RV Ranger, or the six door Super Duty, but it's still something that I'd never seen before when I first saw it, and to see it still running, well, that's something else.

I wish I could of got a picture of it, yesterday across the road from me I saw a mint 73-79 series F150, two - tone, orange & cream, white spoke steel wheels. couldnt see the front, only the side & back end. Very nice!
