Truck won't go into 4x4 high

so just put in a rebuilt t-case in my 1997 ranger automatic The reason why I put a rebuilt t-case in was cuz the old one was shoot and both 4high and 4low didn't work. Now it goes into 4low but won't go into 4high can anyone help?

Electric shifting t-case??? If so I'm pretty sure you can't shift into 4 low without first shifting into 4 high. Probably a bad shifter motor. Take it off and clean it that usually does the trick.
