Here is the forecast I just picked up for Cadiz, KY, the nearest town to where we'll be. We couldn't ask for better weather than this. I am really, really, really looking forward to this trip.

I am looking into making this now! Sorry, i'm not on the board very often but talked to @bobbywalter Sunday about it and its only a couple hrs from me. Will have to see about camping (if there is room left) and go from there. Probably just bring the F350 with the truck bed camper at this point but no opposed to bringing hte red v8 ranger for fun if people are going (exploring).

My list is long... but doable.

I think I'm gonna change pizza night to Friday night. It makes the most sense from a product freshness stand point and trying to keep everything cold for another 24 hours.

Either way... I would be grateful if any of you could offer up a bit of cooler space maybe???

I just picked up a Dometic powered cooler (basically a way over priced 12v dc or 110v AC mini fridge). I should have some room in there or the regular cooler.

That's awesome... I was looking at those or similar. Just couldn't justify spending that much right now. A fridge is on my want list though

We will see how it goes. But I might take you up on that. Just worried about the pizza rounds. They don't mix well with ice.
