Transmission rebuilt

Hi everyone, I have a 1993 automatic 3.0L with a transmission that has given me quite a few problems, this is the third time after paying some $$ about a two years ago that the tranny went bad again, truck runs but gears dont engage.Looking for a solution, buy the kit with good quality parts or buy one rebuilt already, if so, any reputable place that sells them???? really need some help with this....

Pull one of the trans cooler lines out of the radiator, stick it in a bucket or a drain pan, and start the engine. If fluid doesn't start spewing out right away I would buy a converter and pump.
