I would look at a custom made hitch... might be a bit more, but I think a hitch sticking out below the roll pan will take away any effect that you wanted to acheive with a roll pan instead of a bumper.
I would look at something that is recessed behind the roll pan 6 or 8 inches, and then get a longer hitch to go into it.
Just my $.02 anyways.
