Harley Davidson are over rated pieces of SHIT. For the money you can get SO MUCH MORE PERFORMANCE from a Honda or a Suzuki.
They are overrated, and overpriced, Harley culture is evolving- and its not for the better- old people in a mid-life crisis trying to hang on to their glory years running out and buying a way over priced motorcycle.
ALL Harleys, although a piece of U.S. motoring history, are UGLY, SLOW, and HEAVIER than a WHALE! Riding a Harley is like putting 2 wheels on a bathtub! Way WAY OVERRATED motorcycles primarily ridden by fat, ugly, redneck Americans.
Harley's aren't made to go fast and carve canyons. If you want that shit, go buy a Jixxer. I'm not the biggest Harley fan either, I think they're too expensive. But they are the most comfortable bikes I've ever ridden, and they have personality, unlike most modern jap bikes.
I had a 2007 Suzuki M109R, and it was a pretty good bike. Handled well, endless power, started easily every time. It was like driving a minivan. There was no sense of man/machine connection, and it had no soul whatsoever. And beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Also, some soulless bastard put a driveshaft on the thing instead of a belt, and I hope God judges him accordingly.
