My Girlfriend gave me her old Laptop. Its a Satellite A105-S4254 and i think its 3 years old now. I pretty sure the battery on it is shot. Ive got it plugged in right now and the power meter says 100% battery. If I unplug it it says 100% battery, 10 mins remaining. then a few mins later it will drop down to 50% battery with a few mins battery life left, then it dies shortly after. Its safe to say the battery is clapped out right?

I looked online but prices are all over the place, and then same say they have more cells or higher voltages etc, It all kinda confused me though. The battery in it now is a 10.8 volt, 6 cell 4000 MAH, Model number PA3399U-2BRS.

Anybody know of a good website to find that battery or even an upgraded one for cheap?

Your best bet is to get a Toshiba replacement battery of the same kind. Either look on their website, or call them.

Cheap batteries are not good...........Good batteries are not cheap!
The higher the mah number the longer the battery will last.A good battery with a little over 6000 mah with a 1 year warrenty will run you over $100 bucks where I get them.

try BATTERIES PLUS if theres a store near you. theyll have a legit replacement for your toshiba. i shelled out 160 bucks for my battery but it was a good replacement. dont get the cheap priced battery, as you pay cheap you get cheap. especially with electronics
