I'm sure this has been discussed, but I have a 2004 ranger xlt 2wd, pretty sure I have the torsion bars. i hate the way the front end sits lower than the , back so cranking the bars no keys or anything should adjust this right?I don't want bigger tires tires I just want it adjusted to be level. and there are no negative consequences correct. A little stiffer is no bigger deal it's a truck after all. I should still be able to tow and haul the same, just need to watch the bottoming out. It just looks like crap with my bull bar hanging low, but I need it for the hunting trails. I know should bought a 4x4 but I didn't need it in the us pit known as Il, but in wi it's a different world.

Thanks for the post like always.

nevermind, checked under it and I have a shock and a strutt so I guess no torsin bars

You would want to get the alignment checked afterwards, but no other real negative consequences other than what you seem to know about already.

And now I will rep you for the stiff riding truck comment since I hate people that want their trucks to ride like a coupe Deville.

in that case anyone know how to level out a 2wd coilover

Yes, there are spacers available to go under the coils

Spacers, not sure if you can do the washer lift, Taller springs?

any idea where to get them I can't find them anywhere, also not having to take of my coils would be awesome, since the coil overs and the struts in the middle of them, and all my mods are done in my apartment parking lot.

Well if the strut is in the middle you'll have to drop the spring far enough to wedge the spacer in there plus the spacer itself will need to have a cutout to get past that shock/strut.

those all look like they would work, but I'm not tearing my truck up for an inch, it just annoys me(oh well) work annoys me too but I still show up. to bad there's no performance shops in the eau claire wi area that would install this.

And it isn't a strut or a coil over. It is a coil, the shock is simply mounted inside the coil.

Precisely why not just spend the 200 extra and get a real lift? Either way any option requires taking it apart to some degree I did my 4in rough country lift in about a weekend. couldn't be happier with it, and if I wanted to I still have other options like body lift, coil spacers, washer lift, or whatever if I feel crazy enough to go higher.

^^What he said. Also look on Ebay for good prices as well for lift or spacers or taller coils.

Or a junkyard lift, but seriously if your going to have it apart why not get exactly how you want it. And if your paying someone hell then pay them once and get the real deal lol.

Sorry not trying to pressure you, but it really sounds like you don't want to do the work yourself so don't want you kicking yourself in the rear a year down the line for paying someone to do a sorta lift.

actually the local ford dealer offered to do it for under 300 with alignment, but it's a 2wd 3.0 it was met to be a dd with hauling capability, and I think that's how I will leave it.
