Too much offset?

I'm thinking of buying a set of Mickey Thompson Classic II's from Jegs, and here are the specs on the wheels:

Part# 358421
Size: 15x8
Weight: 17
Bolt Pattern: 5-4.5
Backspacing: 3-5/16
Offset: -30
Load Capacity: 2,000

My plans are these wheels, 33x12.5 Duratracs, and a 4" Rough Country suspension lift.

Is this offset too much? I want the tires to stick out some, I just don't want it to be too much, look funny, or cause mechanical problems. Right now, my 31x10.50 BFGs rub the sway bar mount at full turn with stock Ranger wheels.

Here is a link to the wheels:

I'm running that same wheel on my '97 with 33x12.5 BFG A/Ts and they do stick out a little. Probably close to an inch of tread on the rear and a litle more than that on the front sticking past the flares. I'm also running a 4 in. lift and had to trim the bumper valance to keep them from rubbing. The only issue I have now is they rub really bad on the radius arms at full lock but it hasn't hurt a thing other than rubbing the paint off of the arms.

i would look for a wheel closer to 3.5 - 3.75" back sapcing

Good example of too much backspace

Too much backspacing, even with 3/8in spacers, on these 15x7 that were on the truck when I bought it, I have no idea what they are off of...

Update:
I couldn't get everything I wanted, so I got me a set of 31x10.50-15 Duratracs, and a few paychecks later I got the MT Classic II wheels. They stuck out a little farther than I thought, but I got used to it. My truck definitely has a wider stance now, and no more rubbing.

If you want to see pics go to my profile and photo album...
