Tire Size for 95 Ranger Splash 2WD

My wife has a 1995 Ford Ranger Splash 2WD with stock wheels. The current tire size on the truck now is P235/60R15. What is the biggest tire i can put on the current wheels without having to install a lift kit?

I just found this spreadsheet in the tech library section. Does this mean in can install 31" tires on 1995 Ranger Splash 2WD without the need for a lift kit without and clearing issues or rubbing?
