- In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
If that's the case, they should have done that computer imaging part years ago when my knees were good. Of course, that means the images would have been saved on a stack of 5.25" floppy discs that were stored under a refrigerator magnet and no longer have good data. But imaging after damage doesn't sound wise. Give me the full titanium, hydraulic assist bionic man treatment.Oh, they basically do that, but they computer image your natural knee and make one to match, then with the computer assist they take as little out as possible and slide the new one in, stick you up and you do some therapy and they send you walking to the car. Boom, done, one day.
