i'm still undecided if i want to put a visor on my truck or not. i know for a fact i'm putting clearance lights on it though. i want to know how far back the visor goes past the windshield, so if i do get one i wont have to re-drill the light holes

71 people have looked and no one can give me a measurement

Not everyone looks at a post because it has something they can help with. Some also look at them just to browse and see whats new...

i know. its just a rare occasion when this site lets me down

Give it time, they aren't exactly common on our trucks.

I haven't seen one in a while but if I rememeber correctly they go back pretty far. I bet they would interfere. Why don't you buy a visor with the lights built in?

i thought about it. but i like the look of the cab lights. and thats what i thought. i know the middle and the outside has the parts that go back maybe like 5"

what do you mean by how far back? like how far back the mounts extend? I can give you measurements this weekend. also, if you want a visor with the lights that bulge, you could by one with the flush lights, remove the sockets and add the new lights.

Yeah. I meant the mounts. But do you have the newer style visor or the older boxy one. Cuz I think they are a bit different but anything will help

I have the newer round one with inlaid lights. I'll get you the measurements sometime tomorrow

IMO Just do the cab lights I think itll look too cluttered with the cab lights and a visor. Unless of course you go with the lighted visor then itll look Nice. Just my .02 cents

thatss what i was thinking. but i think rangers look pretty boss from the side with visors

ok so the mounting bars extend 4-5" back but they are flush against the door frame. they don't get in the way of anything.

do you have a pic of yours from the side? i want one they just seem kinda short to me

do these help?
