I have 2 of those visors, one with lights and 1 plain. That middle piece extends 8 inches back from the leading edge (closest to the front bumper) of my winshield trim.

the newer visors have a middle piece too. I'm not sure how far back it extends off the top of my head.

If you go with just cab lights I wanna see pics. I've been considering them..

What style are you going for with them? I've always liked the Dodge style best, they're made with a lower profile than the Ford lights.

Sometimes I wonder if it's pointless to put them on a ranger, since they're clearance lights after all.

Do you still need measurments? I have the kind you are thinking about on my truck.

RavoHimself,

How is this coming, did you get the lights mounted.
Seems like a lot of extra holes when and if you decide to add the visor.
I bought a set of the Lund Visor Lights off of Evil-Bay, they stick on but you still need one hole per light for wires.

if you haven’t done it yet, think about the visor and get that done with the lights easier, less holes and less possible leaks.

Why clearance lights? I mean, they are not even close to having any function on a truck so little. That money could be put towards a lift or something.

i like the look of them, that's why. and no. i haven't even started this. i probably won't do this for a few months. just wanted some info for future references.
and badexplorer. if you don't mind

I like the squared off visor; with lights.
I am just waiting to find the right visor.
Other problem is the size of the lights, most are too big but the Lund stick ons are, I think, ok.
Sorry I can't help with the meaurements.

:icon_rofl: I really dont think that they make lighted viors that extend off the top of your head, but maybe you have something new planned. Couldnt resit making a comment about this:yahoo::icon_thumby:
