the warn jeep hubs


looks like I may have damaged more than just my hub in this episode. I was looking at the joints by the knuckles and noticed a slight gap around the bearing caps on the u joints. I can wiggle the bearing caps in the passenger side axle so I guess I stretched the ears or loops or what ever you wanna call them.

You may want to check and make sure your passengerside shaft isn't hitting the beam window or radius arm bolts when flexed, that can cause all kinds of destruction like this (remove the coils and use jacks to cycle your suspension, make sure the shaft turns freely at all extremes)
