Oh no Jon, Looks like the Expo will be the offroader and the Ranger the DD? LOL

and I watched the video, did you bust a hub? Sometime when there is no weight on one of the front tires you need to ride the brake a bit to "engage" the front Trutrac. Just trying to help out, not being nosy!

yea that exactly what happenedfront left wasnt spinning and i thought it was the hub a little brake action and it was back

Mine is down due to the trans, not cause of mods or upgrades. I can drive mine around the yard at least, well, I can now that I have my driveshaft back that you borrowed

Trannies don't live forever, even manuals, and I have over 240K miles on SVT, that and using it for a tow rig as well puts a strain on em...If it would have been a manual I would have been through a couple sets of clutches...
