I would of just pulled over and watched him try and pull him out that way. That would have been a priceless moment to witness lol.
It was tragic today. 3 Ford owners in a parking lot. Only one knew what to do. (Me)
We've gotten quite a bit of snow here in the last few days. Nothin too deep, but we just keep gettin it and it melts and we get more.
Today at school a kid in a Probe slid into a gard rail entering the parking lot at my school. Another kid in an Explorer stopped to tow him out. I pull up.
The tow hook is wrapped around the radiator of the probe, and around the explorers ball hitch. They're about to try it when I started beating on the windows.
I had to grab my strap, crall under the probe and hook it to the frame in a secure spot. Then I had to teach the explorer driver how to use 4low.
It saddened me deeply.
We got the probe out, and only minor damage. Giant scratch along the door and fenders, broken mirror, and the rear lights are toast. I'll have pictues tomorrow.
BUT STILL! How could some one not know how to use 4low? And how could they think the thin little radiator would be a great anchor spot???
Once again, my heart is weaping.
And the day before, another friend in an Exploder was doin some doughnuts and he hit a curb and busted the tire off teh bead. They call me up in class to go changer their tire cause they cant figure out how to jack it up and get the spare out. Wtf?
He drilled the curb pretty hard too. Bent his rim and busted a lug nut clean off. Damn
How could people be so ignorant?
That $50 dollar oil change there on the board need not apply in your situation, add another $70 for labour time and parts costs on top of that.
