I got my stepdad to Fab up a crossmeber for me so i hope to have it in a day or two and im waiting on bushings and shocks hope to have the cab on by the weekend

What do i need to do for the drive shafts i have both the explorer and f150 shafts

I recommend the f-150 drive shaft because it's bigger. Once the motor and trans are bolted in you'll need to get the measurement for the length. If the F-150 drive shaft is too long that's fine it's typically less than $100 to get it shortened and balanced. Figure 1.5" of space for it to collapse so it wont bottom out. Then tell them how long you need it. The shop I use likes to know the length at the center of the U-joint cap not the lip of the U-joint cap.

It's been awhile since I have been on I really haven't done nothing to the truck but I did get a new cross member made up got the brake lines an I found out the truck is to big to go in my garage with the cab on. Oh well.

I'm thinking about doing the 63 inch Chevy leafs in the rear but funds are low so I'm gonna stick to just getting it running and moving on its own power.

Plus I did find a place to do my axles but their not cheep lol

Well I might have a problem... Well more of a addiction I now currently own 4 first generation rangers I just bought my last one tonight I'll have more info about it in the morning

It's only a problem if you don't like it!

Oh I like it but I don't have room for it

Ha ha me too. I've got 3 rangers (two are not running), two full size dodges, one 79 bronco. The bronco will probably get scrapped cuz no one wants it, one dodge is gonna be sold and I'm going to make one ranger out of the two that aren't running.
At least that's the plan lol.

Although I'm still in for input and advice to improve it

Well, first off, congrats on your coming family. :yahoo:
And second, sorry to hear your Ranger will be backburnered.

Keep us posted on both.
