The adventure begins!!

Yesterday evening I met @Robertmangrum.rm at Lake Thunderbird outside of Norman Oklahoma to camp for the night.

We saw the sun set and the moon come up over the lake.

I woke up this morning with a view of my Ranger and the lake from my cot.

We'll be heading to Amarillo today.

i went home for a minute to see young bob before he took off for L.A.....he has a meet there and i had not seen him in a month and a half...just wanted to visit with him because you never know.

so i hopped in my rig and blew out the cobwebs.....wishing i was heading to colorado....and boy was i tempted to just keep going.....but no....i turned around and drove 4 hours back to work....

Left Norman Oklahoma and passed through the Wichita Mountains and Fort Sill on our way west.

Made our way to Texans and stopped at the Big Texan and 72oz steak challenge and then Cadillac Ranch.

Not ime. While I do take pics with the phone sideways it comes up in the correct orientation on my phone. So it should also comenup the same on the forum.
