The problem is under the Why? section. Last paragraph in this section. It states;
This will not work with a TFI distributor because the signal generated by TFI distributors is a sine-wave AC current and the GM TBI needs a square-wave (dc) signal which the Duraspark distributor generates.
It should read;
This will not work with a TFI distributor because the signal generated by TFI distributors is a square-wave (dc) signal and the GM TBI needs a sine-wave AC current which the Duraspark distributor generates.
