Duggo i was thinking of a 1949-50 Ford hot rod in Rat Fink style as part of it but i'm still up in the air on wether i want it Rat fink"ed" or just sketched

just make sure its original and means something to you. dont pick a tattoo off the wall or out of a magazine. one of a kind is the way to go.

i got my tattoo for me, no one else. thats why its on my shoulder. 95% of people never see it. its far enough in that you can't see it even when i have a sleeveless shirt on. i see tattoos as a story of life, and lessons learned.

there is a lot of meaning (for me) in my tattoo. for one, the b2 was the first vehicle my mom bought that was newer than a '72. I was one year old (1985) when she bought it. my parents were still together, and struggling to make a living, working and farming. i grew up with that truck, and it was my first vehicle. i dug it out of a field (with a ford 8n tractor) when i was 11 or 12 years old. I spend many summer hours in the barn working on it, by myself, while my mom/stepfather were at work. it taught me some important lessons, like hard work, determination, and "doing it right the first time"

Why not get your grampaps name like a ford logo? Use the blue oval and just use his name instead of ford.

ok well go to a tat shop and ask to see a number 9 needle because thats what there gonna sue if you move to much holy!!!!!! it hurts of you have a rather low bfc ( body fat content im only 7% on your spine you can feel it in your elbow >.<

get ot k now your artist get there card call or go in a few times befor you commit scetch look at the racks talk with them get them to draw you a few things then ask them where would be the best place for it

Only certain colors. Do your homework. Mine can only be removed with surgery. Bold, dark colors, especially black, don't come out all the way. The laser just makes them lighter, and then you have to get a new tattoo to cover it. Good luck with covering a big one like yours.

If you can't take the pain, then you shouldn't be getting a tattoo. And how much it hurts is more dependent on your artist than the placement.

well lets see there was a bump or 2 when she was tattooing me in i think its call like a spontanius contraction when the needle hit my spine and she had to go over the whole thing with a #9 x.x

and like i said and as you can see its on the center of by back and as i said im only about 7% bodyfat so it hurt more than i thought it would

I have 3 tattoos myself, getting ready for a 4th. I would recommend that you don't get one yet. I'm not trying to bag on you, but if you have to ask other people for ideas, then you are getting the tattoo for all the wrong reasons. This is going to be on your body for the rest of your life, so don't get one that other people think is cool, get one that you think is cool, and means something to you.

i probably have 15+ hours of work done or so. every time i have an idea for something i want, i sit on it for a couple of months while i work out the artwork

if i still want it after that waiting period, then i go with it.

Well My tat after I'm off probation (aug 24) No more booter. will be something similar to this but crossed with a salvador dali (the artist that makes the melting clocks)

I don't have a tatoo. But if I did get a tatoo i'd get something small that could be hidden if I needed to. I 'd work out the art work first then have a temp of it put on to see how it looked for a couple of days. Like a test drive.

I'm reminded of the Happy Days where Richie wants to get a tat. He got a carp or bass and it was temporary.

Something along this line. 'Proud' on the inside of my left bicep and 'Infidel' on the inside of my right bicep.
