Project new clutch complete; she is running like a champ!
Jacking the cab up was the key to not dealing with that damn Y-pipe and pounding that body seam flat help a lot. I did have a snapped Y-pipe bolt to deal with; what I ended up doing was welding another bolt to the snapped bolt which allowed me to tighten everything up again. This sure beat dealing with any drilled; though getting my mig gun in their was tight!
Must be a little air in the slave still; pedal a little mushy but I'll vacuum bleed it some more after I put some miles on it.
(After I got everything together as I was laying on my garage floor I look up at my workbench and spot a throwout bearing; for a instant I thought I forgot to put it in. I than remembered that I had an extra because the new slave kit and the clutch kit each came with one). I seriously about crapped my pants and wanted to cry until I remembered that was an extra.
Thanks everyone for the tips!
