I am starting this thread to ask question so i don't clog up my build with them and so they get seen by more people (don't know how many people frequent the B2 build section). I am doing a 302 swap in a 1985 bronco II, i am using an M5OD-R2 from a 02 v6 4x4 F150.
1. What clutch line should i use, the one from the F150 or one from a ranger? I would think the one from the F150 might be a bit too long but i am not sure. If i was to use one from a ranger, what year would i want one from to be compatible with the clutch slave on the newer transmission (2002)?
2. I have read numeros posts about needing to us a clutch master cylinder with a bore of 7/8. The only one i can find is a dorman brand for a 1988-1991 ranger. Will this one work on an 85? Also will it work with the slave cylinder from an 02 M5OD-R2?
