does anyone out there know what springs i should put in the front of my 89 ranger because its way to soft the way it is

more info about your truck, as well as when/why they are to soft, and what you have now, will help someone help you.

try some stock 4.0 4x4 springs, they are stiffer and should giveyou a little lift. don't forget about shocks, those springs are just going to make the front end bounce if the shocks are weak. just ask the parts store what they suggest for a 4x4 ranger that gets used off road. i'm sure you can find a $30- 40 shock that will be pretty heavy duty.

Holland! I live in wayland! =D
