Suspected '08 Level II (FX4) in Louisiana

With leather buckets

I inquired what his door tag said he replied R7, which means a limited slip, most likely a Torsen. Came with the black leather buckets, over time the stock Alcoa wheels rolled away. May have the stainless steel tow hooks, but are painted. The seller is a 2nd owner. Could be.

I don't know much about the later Level II FX4s, but I am pretty sure the SS front tow hooks were dropped before 2008. I think at some point Ford replaced the SS tow hooks with black painted ones made of regular steel.

Good catch GW. More fluff to add in, I'm just glad mine works as it should.
