Suspect grounds

I have a flickering radio display that is worse when the headlights are on. The idle is rough and stumbling and there is a misfire at all speeds. I will short the fuel cutoff to see if that helps the idling/misfire. Are there any grounds that are more suspect? The manual has G203 "On floor pan, below LH front seat" where is that? I will put in some extra grounds between the engine block and frame if none are obvious. I have traced all the grounds from the negative battery terminal including G101, 103, 105 (on fender apron). Also the one going to the wiper motor.
Any suggestions appreciated.

I think I would start by checking both battery connections. Make sure they are clean and tight. No corrosion.

The radio ground would be in the cab. Ignition, etc. Is probably in engine bay. So either it is something common to both, which would be very few connections, or you have multiple problems to fix.

I believe the Ground for the radio in a '93 is below the E brake pedal assembly, underneath the kick panel.
