I'm in the process of finally trying to finish all the wiring in a 24x30 shed. The plan is to insulate it and put up tin in the inside. I'm at the point now where i want to finish the radio setup. I already have the speaker wire ran, which there's 4 speakers and they are wired separately. I also have a 8 hole speaker plate ordered off ebay for where the speaker wires come out of the wall and go into the radio. So, my question is, would just home surround sound speakers be any good for radio only use? and is there a bad set to get? I'm mainly just looking on ebay and there is ALOT of stuff to choose from. I would like a decent amount of bass without adding a sub, but not Beastie Boys type bass consistently. I pretty much only listen to country music and 1 talk radio show on AM and i would like to hear pretty clearly what's being said. And i saw some speakers come with a wall mount, which mine will have to be hung on the wall, as i don't think my walls are thick enough to have the speakers mounted in the wall and have enough insulation in the wall yet. Any help is appreciated.
