new pushrods, lifters, camcraft cam aug 2011

now that i have all parts replaced listed i will tell you whats wrong with my truck.

my truck will idle fine and sound fine when you rev it. while cruising at a normal pace it will shift and run smoothly. sometimes it will act up sometimes it wont if you accelerate hard or go up a hill it will start surging and sputtering. if you let your foot on the gas it will get threw the surging and pull real hard the start sputtering again and if you try flooring it from a dead stop it will get a deep low growl from the intake and move like a slug.

also i picked up a ford code reader and got codes 41 oxygen sensor voltage signal always lean -does not switch and code 63 throttle position sensor- signal voltage too low

i try checking everything from plugs, wires, and even replaced a few parts recently that i replace before within the past two years and still nothing.

any help would be greatly appreciated

The symptoms you described sounds very similar to a problem my truck is having. It has arching issues that I can only see at night even though it has new Motorcraft plugs and wires. Does it surge and sputter when the motor is cold?
