Superlift front diff bracket bushing

Has anyone else here had their Superlift front differential bracket rubber bushing wear out? Mine is needing replaced, and I'm curious if anyone has sourced a replacement bushing from their local parts store. Getting anything from Superlift has always been a hassle when I tried. They constantly make excuses, say things aren't available separately, etc..

You notice the bushing is bad when you hit the brakes and you can hear a faint click or thud as the front diff rotates ever so slightly. The bushing seems to pinch off the rubber "flanges" on the ends of it. It would be nice if there was a more durable, longer lasting solution. I was just hoping that someone had already sourced one and had a part number for me.

just the standard style. use them for all sorts of stuff. i have a set or two sitting next to jims ranger right now...

It seems like the metal insert is a hair too short, which lets the rubber ends get chewed away. But if memory serves me, when I installed it, the metal insert couldn't have been any longer and still be inserted where it bolts in.

My main problem is it's my daily driver, so I can't afford for it to be down any length of time.

I agree, a common leaf spring bushing of some sort will likely fit that. They range in many widths from around 1.5" to 3", and diameters from 1" to like 2" or so. You just need the ID of your tube and the length of the inner sleeve. Or if your old sleeve is in reasonably good condition, reusing it should be fine as well.

Energy Suspension is another one that likely has something that will fit.

I need to get a few days off so I can rip this thing apart for repair. I'm hoping to locate some poly bushings. Maybe they'll last a little longer.
