superlift explorer 4" leafs for a ranger?

got a set of explorer superlift 4" leafs from a buddy in a cheap trade and completely forgot that the explorers are spring under axle. does anyone have any experience using these springs and maybe ditching the stock blocks?
i know they will probably give me much more than 4"s cause they were designed for the heavier spring under axle explorers but im hoping by ditching the stock blocks and maybe going up a hole on my belltech shackles will keep me under 6". i guess if worst comes to worst ill just find some 6" coils for the front lol

You'd probably get about 5 inch of lift without the stock block.
