That looks like a new O ring for the end of the hose, since you replaced the master with a bled assembly you already have a new O ring there so don't worry about it

Someone told me that now that I have a new clutch there's something under my dashboard that resets my clutch or something like that. Is that true?
 
I don't believe so.

Maybe they were thinking.... it has a hydraulic clutch. They're actually self adjusting. They reset when new and self adjust as things wear.

that's with the old cable style systems where a "quadrant" engages the "pawl"
on those systems you simply lift up on the pedal which forces the assembly to the end of it's travel where
a ramp lifts the pawl away, then the cable tension pulls the quadrant back to it's new home position.

your hydraulic system does not have those parts.
