stupid vibration

So to confirm, you have a rough country 5 inch lift and ran 16inch wheels? I'm getting conflicting info from so many people that I started a thread asking this question lol. I just really don't want to buy new wheels.

Yes, indeed. I am running the 5" (I could have sworn it was a 5.5" lift) RC lift with the oe 16" wheels. All of this is on a 2001 Ranger. I am currently running 2" wheel spacers, but I ran without the spacers for 500 miles and had no issues. RC swears that you need 17" wheels for my setup, but my setup kept me from having to buy new wheels n tires.

You might have one or more of the new tires out of round from the factory. This is a serious problem on a lot of new tires today regardless of manufacturer. If you still have a vibration after all you're fixing, look at the tires next.

Thanx, ekra. My half shafts being at such an extreme angle was the issue. The truck is super smooth now.
