I have had this strange squealing /chirping noise pop up about 4 different times. My truck is a 2020 supercab STX 2wd. I was able to record it on my phone this time. you have to listen closely but it seems much louder in the cab. Every time this has happened it starts about 5 minutes into my trip. It will do it for 2 or 3 minutes and then goes away. I hope one of you know what is causing this.

I wanted to add that I messed with the blower fan speed + AC on / off and changed speeds + down shifted. Basically changed everything I could and it had no impact on squealing/chirping noise

I know that some people have complained about a squeaky wastegate/wastegate actuator.. does changing throttle input have any effect on your noise?

I had the volume all the way up here and could not hear it.

Also try shutting off the A/C and see if that changes things.

really had to listen, think I heard something several times.

maybe a suspension issue, try bouncing each end of the truck, rocking it sideways.

that's my best internet guess. at least it's cheap

Did you ever find out what the noise is? I’m have that same sound coming out of my 2021 Ranger.

Wow. That's a weird one. Best guess I have is that your kanooter valve is scared shitless.

I just wanted to update everyone. Shortly after I made that video the Ford dealer who sold me the truck made me an offer I could not refuse on that truck. I mean it was a crazy offer and they ended up sitting on that truck for 4 months and ended up selling it for a loss. Not sure what they were thinking although if they would of kept it longer I think they would of been ok. I heard from several people that said it is a problem with the waste gate. Not sure but that truck was great to me :)
