Im thinking my stock rpm gauge is wrong it kinda seems to kinda stick and when my truck shifts it only gos down a few hundred rpms. Can you fix them or should i just get a aftermarket one? If you have a aftermarket one is the stock one accurate at all.

if it is like the speedo it is a friction wheel and spring my speedo went out cause it was a crappy chevy but you can put in an aftermarket and not sure wut you mean about the stock one accurate after an aftermarket install but you can slice it inline with the wire. dunno the wire just helped with what i could
