I'll be far from mashing the skinny pedal with my D30 with my 2.8 liter. Engine size doesnt get you through your obsitcal, your ability to wheeel properly does along with gearing and how your truck is set-up for what you want it to do. Making up for this by putting a v8 and stronger axle isnt alway the way to go. Im not saying to go rock crawling with a D30, Im saying use the appropriate axle for the appropriate type of wheeling you plan on doing. Me, simple mudding and trail driving, very D30 worthy plus shes my DD.
