I would take the bumper off and repaint the whole thing after giving it a good surface prep. It's the only way you are going to get the paint to match.Howdy All,
My Steelcraft bumper is showing surface rust already.
Thoughts on a refinish? Paint? Brush-on "Undercoat" of some type?
Thoughts?

I'd strip it and puff can it. Redo as required.
I am not a powder coat fan for bumper stuff. One rock ding and rust spreads like wildfire under the coating which is a pain to strip.
That may be midwesternese for a rattle can.Puff can?
