Been looking but cant find the answer. Does anyone know what is the most teeth that are available on a speedometer gear? My 5.0 swapped AOD trans has a 23 tooth gear and my speedometer is still not right. has 4.10 rear gear. Its off by about 6 MPH. 23 seems to be the most teeth I can find. I was really wanting to get the speedometer closer to actual but cant seem to do it with the gears I have. TIA

You will need a 6Tdrive gear and a 20T driven gear will get you very close depending on tire height. Only way to change drive gear is by replacing output shaft. They come in 6T, 7T or 8T and require transmission to be disassembled to chance out.
Good luck.
