spark plug question

So I got a 1994 ranger 4.0l 5 speed cheap because it wouldn't start.
It passed through three different people that just through parts at it trying to get it to go.
I figured out the gas was bad and got it running.
So after some other hiccups it runs pretty good but is a little rough at idle and will cut out at wot.
So i went out tonight and fired it up to see if the plug wires are arching anywhere.
Well I can see it sparking around every plug. Could this be a grounding issue, wires or the anti seize I put on the plugs? Any help would be much appreciated!

So I got into trouble shooting my problem and I found out the problem is the connection from the wire to the plug. It had brand new ngk wires on it when I bought the truck so when I did all the gaskets I just threw in some autolight platinum plugs. Do you think the plugs that were in it stretched the connection or is it the running different brand plugs and wires?

Whenever that happens its because of a lack of good connection between the plug connector and the plug. Are you saying it was every spark plug arcing against the block? That's very odd that not one boot was pushed on far enough to feel the click.

Ah just read your last post. It sounds like they're sliding off the plug/not all the way on, the plugs are too short, or the boot connector too long. Check if they are the correct wires, check if correct plugs. If wires can be swapped, great. Otherwise I'd trim the boot a tiny bit on each one and snapem on
