Spark Plug problem...

Okay 6 mo. ago my truck started a similar problem to this on i posted here ( http://www.therangerstation.com/forums/showthread.php?t=108762 ) i put i think i was Bosch plugs in it took it to the shop they said one burnt up and showed it to me it was the kind of plug that has the piece of round soap stone in it they said to put champions in it so i did and now 6 mo. L8ter the same thing happened pulled the one closest to the batt. and it was fried i checked the gap and it was at 95 or .095 ..lol so i put autolites in it my dad actually went and got them it fixed my problem but thats the story not the QUESTION .

Heres the question WITW is causing this to happen its crazy cause all the rest of the plugs are in perfect shape matter of fact i kept them ...lol this truck has been a champ id like to keep it .... if any of you can think of something i will mosDEF reply if it got resolved THANKS :headbang:

I don't think it's the plugs. I think it's the cylinder. Check the injector for that cylinder. You may be getting more fuel than air causing a larger detonation of fuel.

Too much fuel will NOT cause the problems indicated.. Too much AIR... meaning to LITTLE fuel is most likely the cause. A LEAN mixture causes too much heat..
So you either have a bad injector or you have a vac leak in that intake port..
