Im 16, hes 17 and no...I surely did not win the fight cause the first punch broke my skin and kinda threw me off balance, then he picked me up and slammed me on the ground and got on top.....wasnt much I really could do, I couldnt see outta my eye and its still kinda blurry.

The cut, isnt DEEP but its sorta bad, I mean it still bleeds every now and then. The cops said they couldnt do anything cause me and this kids friend had a confrontation like almost a year ago and the cop said the kid might have wanted revenge or some crap....basically said I was in the wrong for doing anything even though, my truck was hit, my a$$ was kicked and nothing is wrong with him at all....lol

It does not matter. Assualt is assualt. Get it reported and press charges. If you never threw a punch back, he can't claim self-defense.

If it was me, there would have been blood and bones broken. Especially since he threw the first punch to start the whole thing.

if you're sure you don't need stitches then you can use bandaids/tape/butterfly bandages to keep it closed. polysporin will prevent infection and also help with healing along with aloe vera and vitamine E, keep that stuff on there and leave it alone and hopefully you won't get a scar. if you believe in karma then he'll get what's commin to him hopefully

woke up this morning and my eyelashes were glued together with blood from when i was sleeping hah

I cleaned it all up yesterday, some guy in an ambulance put stuff on it, and then they like....pushed it up so it was closed and taped it with this strip of sticky crap but idk how im supposed to get this mess off if they just taped it across everything lol

Get it looked at by a doc. Cuts around your eyes can be bad.
Go to the police station no way they shouldn't file charges. But if your local police dept is like mine this might happen.
Heck I got arrested because I disarmed a little punk that kicked me and pulled a knife on me . They wouldn't press charges against him even thou he was assaulting a girl just before he attacked me. I never even left a mark on him and I got charged with several charges because I disarmed him. Gotta love small down sheriff departments NOT.

Oh yeah...nothing happend because like around November 2007 me and his friend fought and I won and then around June 20th, 2008 me and this kid had some problems but we talked it over and basically came to the fact that we were both a little fired up and said some things we didnt mean blahblah....and we shook hands and were friends. AFTER all that me, the kid, the kid i fought AND their friends stayed overnight at his house to help him finish building his shed and all.

So thats reason #1 the cops did not do ANYTHING except be smartasses

Someone in my truck threw a can that was ripped in half and told him to cut himself with it or some bs like that (which I was totally unaware of) but the cops basically called me a liar cause I left out the part where I fought almost a year ago, and then something that I had no idea occured....They pretty much told me that it was okay he hit my truck with a rock, even though he meant to hit me, and that it was my fault that all this happend, then tried explaining to me that they were not taking sides.

Join the club dude. About a week ago my dumbass brother got drunk and then beat up my whole pickup. I heard a bunch of noise outside on Saturday night, when outside to find him punching the shit out of my door. You guys should see all the dents on my truck. It pissed me off because he didn't even remember it the next day. That's ok. That's alright. I put a bigger dent in his fender the next day. Chevy bodys are ridiculously cheesy.

haha, well him and his dad are restoring an old shelby mustang, and I just bought a brand new gerber gator machete off cabelas and I had some really good ideas but then I thought that would probably not be the best of ideas once I calmed down....plus...I need to get my truck running + mods, I dont need to be paying for HIS project...


oh...just bought batteries for our digital camera, now I just gotta find the hookup to the computer and ill be set...for the people that wanted pictures lol

Cops don't want to deal with this crap either. It really shows when they are reluctant to solve a problem, which is pretty typical anymore.

That suck. I was always fighting in highschool. I was a new kid in 9th grade and small towns don't accept new kids very well in some cases. And the cops are like the Bill Cosby skit "Parent's don't want justice--they want quiet!" Your parents should tell you to find a new environment but of course that's not easy.

The cops don't prosecute. What they do is the same thing you can do--ask the prosecutor to look at the case. Write him a letter, tell him you were assaulted. If he sees enough to make something out of it, he might. If he tells you there's nothing that is going to stick, then you can try a civil approach and win 50 cents for the band-aid and a couple bucks for a bottle of touch-up paint. And then find new friends. Friends that punch you in the head are not good friends. When I was a kid watching my back I never had any doubt about who were my friends. The 6 fuckers chasing me down an alley with broken bottles--not friends.

I think my most unfortunate event was my third fight, I fought some kid 2yrs older then me in HIS backyard with 5 of the Varsity football players on his side. That however lasted a while, we just beat the hell out of each other until they tried to jump me, and of course I had like 2 of my friends there, so we were basically screwed....Ide say for the most part I won

dude I have to say brake fluid in a super soaker works great, just walk up and start spraying that pretty little shelby. just drench the shit out of it. after that go down to the market and buy some nasty ass fish that is about to turn. blend it up, and dump it into the cowl where the air duct takes the Vent air in. after that start post great deals around CL deals that nobody can pass on. and give them is house and cell phone number state that it is ok to call anytime. Also add in things like divorce forces sale usally works pretty well. I have done the CL thing a couple of times to jerk offs in class. use anything you can to be a annoyens and unable to be pinned down on you. good luck with him. if you are really mad. go out in the woods and find some(a bottle full) of termites go to his house, drill several holes in the structure of the house and start dumping termites in the walls.
