On my online dash board at Ford.com in the Software Update section it says Software Updates Disabled. I have automatic updates and connectivity enabled in the truck and the modem is working (FordPass - Start, Lights, Horn, Unlock, etc.) Anyone else have this issue?

Someone else mentioned it and I noticed my 2019 wouldn't update that last time I tried. I can't remember if they came up with a remedy.
