Skyjacker/Superlift interference

Yo,
Installing my class 2 skyjacker brackets and found that the superrunnner steering, and the idle arm bracket is interfearing with the small bracket that goes on the front of the engine crossmember. Any ideas? Thanks!

Omit the little Skyjacker support bracket, then drill another hole through the Superlift bracket so you can reinstall one bolt (the Superlift bracket really should have that extra bolt supporting it as well).

Ok sweet. that will make our install go quite a bit smoother. I may just cut off the offending part of the bracket and see if it will still do some good.

Edit: On a similar note, I accidentally enlarged the wrong side of the axle shaft hole in the passenger beam. Do you think I need to reinforce that? So now it is basically open from top to bottom at that hole.

You want the hole in the beam to be wider top-to-bottom. If I'm understanding you right, you've got it correct. However if you went and widened it all the way to the very top/bottom of the beam, I would reinforce it in that case (plate the beam on the top & bottom with some ¼" thick CR steel plate above & below the hole).

Ok, yeah I did widen it all the way from top to bottom. So I'll reinforce it, I also have some angle iron that may fit inside/outside the window and that should help too.
