As of maybe 5-6 years ago, the only difference is the inclusion of a small support tab bracket that goes on the frontside of the engine crossmember with the Class II brackets.
IMO, that small bracket isn't essential, the main axle bracket on that side is so massive it doesn't really need it.
I ordered the class I's from TRS here last June and they sent me the class II kit with the additional force distribution plate for the engine cross member.
So maybe there is no difference anymore.
But like Junkie said, even if you don't get that additional plate, you don't really need it anyway.
