SJB (cabin fuse box) swap

One morning after hard rain, I got in my Ranger and when I turned on the lights the horn, wipers and washer came on and stayed on until I turned off the lights. I found an SJB in the junkyard and installed it. Everything works now except the blower motor. I checked the blower motor fuse and it was good. Any ideas? The truck is a 2005 FX4 4.0.
