Signal return link?

My electrical wiring was pulled out in my 86 ranger all the signal return wires go to one black rubber piece what is this called I need to replace it the wire was pulled out come out please help

Black rubber piece?

Like a gromment? I think theres one where the wires go through the firewall and into the ECM.
