Show us what ur stock rbv is capable of

ah shit nvm nate, i didnt realize u were SAS my bad

haha not SAS yet...hopefully in a couple years. What measurements you looking for? ground to top of cab is 77" and ground to bottom of cab is 25". Do you mean from ground to bottom of TTB?

well i dont know much about front suspension on these, but at first when i asked i thought you were still running a IFS, thats y i was amazed by your clearance, how much did that suspension swap set you back?

His Ranger would have come stock with a TTB(Twin Traction Beam) suspension, they switched to IFS in 98

well is it a good setup though? and is it easier to work with then the horrible IFS torsion such as mine?

It's a good setup....lifting is easier and cheaper. I wouldn't know if it's better though, I've never had the IFS, but I'm sure someone here that has had both will answer...

IFS is fine for a DD, i wouldnt wheel it hard though. They are kinda weak and expensive to fix or lift. My TTB hasnt failed me yet and are way cheaper to fix or lift. But both of my trucks ride like rocks.

Why didn't anybody tell me this thread was here... pics from my stock 2wd 4banger....
Not moving bigger trucks or climbing biuldings but, still....

And my 4wd pulling out a 06 150 out of a ice pond, when a Jeep couldn't!

Mine takes me 100 miles round trip to work and back mostly, does an occasional parts run for JN Wrecker or pull a dead vehicle from the front of the shop to the impound yard if the F-550 hook truck isn't available, run down my favorite backroads every now and then, and thats about it.

Hey Redneck any luck with those plans?

That's about what mine does, except sub "pulling a dead vehicle" for "moving stuff for friends."

I'm still mazed at how much stuff the bed of my Ranger can swallow, even with a cap on it.

I take it the only visable mods you've done have been the BFG's? They and the truck look good.
