I shoulda known better than to say something like that... Always gotta be a wiseguy somewhere in the crowd....

I was thinking about saying the same thing actually, but I got beat to it.

i have a really thick beard, so electric ones dont work that fine for me
i got a braun, dont remember what model lol, but i preffer regular razors because the electric one always pulls my beard lol

Glad to see you around, haven't talked with ya for awhile, might have to do something about that sometime soon

I buy the cheap razors because my facial hair grows really fast... I used a straight razor once and i got too close of a shave and cut myself to pieces and i was bleeding all over... I used a electric razors for a couple month and it was like a $150.00 electric razors but all it did was put slits in my neck so that had to go...straight razor produce the best shave every!!!!

Mach 3 FTW. Also use C.O. Bigelow Premium Shave Cream that I get at Bath and Body Works up at the mall. It's the shit, gents.

Easiest way to keep from hacking yourself to ribbons while you shave: do it in the shower. Skin and beard are well hydrated, and the shave goes WAY smoother.

yeah i end up with irritated skin with the electric razor
usualli only need 3 days and the electric pusses out lol
disposable razors are good on a thick beard

I always wind up with hellacious razor-burn if I use electric. I mean BAD razor-burn, the kind that doesn't go away for days. The hair on my throat doesn't grow 'out,' it grows damn-near parallel with the skin, and it's very coarse. There's no electric razor on the planet that can shave that crap without skinning me alive. That's why I do the wet-shave shuffle. Can't use disposables either, the blades are too far apart.

Same here man, electric razors suck. Do you have a mirror in your shower or something? I don't understand that part... I can't imagine that I could see wtf I'm doing.

i use this same version only with 4 blades AND a battery that vibrates it and somehow makes it work better...the batter adds 20 more folicles per square so i'm pushing some serious power... oh ya and its a VTEC

I usually just use my cheap electric shaver and get it pretty close, just a bit poky... If I do want it real close, I'll use a straight razor in the shower like Dave said. Works awesome. I kinda just go by feel and touch it up where it needs it later... the only things that need to be the same are the sideburns.

i had an electric razor once and it felt like it pulled the hair off my face and it left horrible bumps that didnt go away for days if not a week i stick to me gillette 3blade and it gets close enough for me and i can normally go a day or two without shaving and it doesnt leave any bumps unless i dont use shaving gel and im in a hurry then i get SOME bumps but they only last about about a day or two once you go straight blade you dont go back
