Sheet metal to cover the indent for the handles and lock cylinder. Door popers and solinoids , and an alarm to trigger the solinoids. Only issues Ive had is dead batteries. No batt no access to the cab, and really sux when u lock your keys inside, so i would also put in a secondary push button switch under the fender, cab or bed so if you do lock your keys in you have a backup plan. Oh and obiously you will need a wlder paint and some body filler to clean it up. Make lots of tac welds, skip arround so you minimize warpage. but check the laws in yoour area cali frowns on it atleast on the drivers door. Oh sh!% you will also need patiance lots of it .

I fabbed a short rod from the door lock to the latch actuator then just opened the door with the door key. Pretty simple.
