actually he can (and should) fight that. it would be a stretch but I bet the same law that protects flag waving home owners from home owner associations would protect his flag sticker on his locker.
If someone finds my flag offensive, they can pack their sh*t and MOVE to another country!

This has nothing to do with the flag itself...just the fact that there is a sticker on the locker, regardless of what it is.

I'M sorry, the argument that it is not a bout the flag but about a ,"decal" talks lilke a POLITICIAN!!. BS, the flag should stay. In fact it would be great if the whole department would install flags on,in their lockers.

It's company property. They can determine what they want and what they do not want on their lockers. It's that simple. The Chief just has to follow the rules. It doesn't matter WHAT the decal is, it only matters that it's there.
technically because its a fire department and government run its not private company property the chief dont own the lockers the people do

That is complete bull shyt. i surved for 6 yrs to protect what is right. What he is doing is right. The only thing is that he could get a magnetic one and display it while he is on shift and take it off when he is not.
