actually he can (and should) fight that. it would be a stretch but I bet the same law that protects flag waving home owners from home owner associations would protect his flag sticker on his locker.

It's company property. They can determine what they want and what they do not want on their lockers. It's that simple. The Chief just has to follow the rules. It doesn't matter WHAT the decal is, it only matters that it's there.

That is complete bull shyt. i surved for 6 yrs to protect what is right. What he is doing is right. The only thing is that he could get a magnetic one and display it while he is on shift and take it off when he is not.

I think that is complete bull shyt that he was asked to leave though.
